Product and service innovation at RHI is customer-driven. The immediate client industry requirements and the long-term trends of our established customers are determined by the marketing departments.

Project progress and costs are summarized and communicated quarterly in status reports that provide valuable information for project management and coordination. Interdisciplinary groups consisting of R&D, marketing, and sales constantly evaluate project progress.

New ideas for product and system development are constantly accumulated and integrated into the R&D programme, and the global R&D network is an invaluable source of information for this scheme.

The entire R&D process is documented using a quality management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
